Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee is $12.95. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
